Meet Some of Our Critters
Each creature we care for has its own story. Here are just a few of our most memorable guests:
🐻 Bearnard
A mildly telepathic black bear with an affinity for classical piano. Found trying to enroll in a community college music program. Now lives peacefully in the preserve.
🦉 Hoo-Dini
This spectral owl only appears on nights with a waxing crescent moon. Vanishes at dawn, leaves behind feathers that hum softly. Not harmful. Probably.
🦊 The Fox Who Knows Your Sins
Looks normal. Definitely isn’t. Staff are advised not to make eye contact or think about tax fraud in its presence. Currently meditating under a cedar tree.
🦎 Reginald
A lizard. Just a normal lizard. We think. He keeps getting promoted.
